They play super nice and like they are on your side, whether you are the tenant or owner of the property. Then, once you're signed into contract, and you notice that they are allowed to enter the premises unannounced at ANY given moment during the lease, that is when they start damaging your house secretively, like causing your house to flood, and call you crazy, making YOU pay for it. Even if it was not you at fault, whatsoever. They cause these damages to make you pay them more money, and they do not ever tell the owner of the property how badly their house was damaged, because Stephanie and Chuck were the ones who caused it all along. They are manipulating any situation they can to get more money and steal everything from you. Be very careful with these freaks. They are dangerous.
